On the afternoon of May 19, Li Junkai, Secretary-General of the Zhongguancun Global High-Level Think Tank Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "ZGCTA") and Director of the Center for International and Regional Cooperation at the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, led a delegation to the Headquarters of International Science and Technology Organizations (hereinafter referred to as "the Headquarters") for visit and exchange. Wang Beichen, Director of Corporate Services Department at the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Chaoyang Science Park (Chaoyang District Bureau of Science and Information Technology, Beijing Municipality), accompanied the visit and presided over the symposium.

Prior to the meeting, the delegation visited the Exhibition Area of the IN. GEN Centre, the Office Area of the Headquarters of International Science and Technology Organizations, public service spaces and international network shared workspaces. They inspected the overall construction layout of the Headquarters, the operation status of settled international organizations and the professional public service guarantee system, and learned in detail about the Headquarters' full-cycle operation model of "Cultivation - Incubation - Growth - Graduation".

At the symposium, the Headquarters' work team provided a detailed introduction to Chaoyang District's core advantages in international exchanges, as well as the construction background, development achievements, characteristic service system and future development plan of the Headquarters. Wang Beichen stated that ZGCTA, as a model of non-governmental multilateral science and technology cooperation mechanisms, has long been deeply engaged in international science and technology cooperation and high-level think tank operations. The two sides are highly aligned in development positioning and complementary in resource advantages, and will work together to pool platform synergy and contribute practical strength to the high-quality development of the Headquarters.

Li Junkai introduced the establishment background, development positioning, brand activities and core achievements of ZGCTA. She noted that both sides are frontline practitioners in the construction of the Beijing (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) International Science and Technology Innovation Center and share identical development philosophies. She hoped that taking this investigation as a new starting point, ZGCTA would establish a regular and in-depth cooperation mechanism with the Headquarters to jointly conduct research on international science and technology organizations, co-compile blue books, share international innovation resources, co-build achievement exhibition spaces and promote joint Party building, so as to contribute think tank strength to the construction of the Beijing (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) International Science and Technology Innovation Center and global science and technology governance.

Relevant key personnel from Corporate Services Department at the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Chaoyang Science Park (Chaoyang District Bureau of Science and Information Technology, Beijing Municipality), Beijing Chaoyang International Technology Innovation Service Co., Ltd., and the ZGCTA Secretariat Office attended the symposium.
